This class is a great workout to music using punching and kicking techniques. It uses techniques from Kickboxing and other martial arts but with a focus on Fitness not Fighting!
Whether you have previous martial arts experience or
not, it doesn't matter. All you need to join in is a
desire to have fun work hard and have a great workout.
It is suitable for all fitness levels as everyone can
work to their own pace and ability.
